Sailor Jerry Collins Shop Sign

Here is a beautiful color copy of the handpainted sign that hung over world-famous Honolulu Tattoo Artist Sailor Jerry Collins’s station in his historic Honolulu tattoo shop on Smith Street in the 1960s and early 1970s. He painted this sign to proclaim his position as the foremost tattoo artist of his day. It is the only sign of its kind in the world. Measuring 11 by 15 inches, it is a true copy of a vintage piece of flash that has historical significance, noting that ten colors were available and over 2,000 designs.
